If someone has been arrested in Henderson, Nevada, there is a good chance you’ll be able to find them at the Henderson Detention Center.

This center houses those who are serving sentences of less than a year, those who haven’t posted bail and are awaiting trial, and non-citizens who are in the United States illegally.

The Henderson Detention is nice compared to other Las Vegas jails. In fact, it is jokingly referred to as a “resort” by many who have been booked there.

Located at 18 E Basic Rd, Henderson, NV 89015 in downtown Henderson, NV, it is one of the smaller jail facilities in the Las Vegas area.

The Different Jails In Las Vegas

Before we go any further, we’d like to point out that there are four different jail facilities in Las Vegas, which are as follows:

  1. Henderson Detention Center (also doubles as the Las Vegas Immigration Jail).
  1. Las Vegas Detention Center (Las Vegas City Jail).
  1. Clark County Detention Center (CCDC, but it is also sometimes called the Las Vegas Detention Center).
  1. North Las Vegas Community Correctional Center (North Las Vegas CCC or North Las Vegas Detention Center or North Las Vegas Jail).

More About Henderson Detention Center’s Location

Lobby hours at the center are from 8 am to 12 pm. There is a one hour lunch break between noon and 1 pm, and then the center reopens from 1 pm to 5 pm.

How To Get Out Of Henderson Detention Center Quickly

If you run into a legal issue and are taken to Henderson Detention Center, you have two options.

Option one is to stay in jail and wait until your trial concludes, which can take a long time, anywhere from days to months.

Option two is to bail out of jail, which in our opinion, is definitely the better choice. The only hindrance you might encounter is that bail can be very expensive, costing anywhere from a couple of thousand dollars to well over $10,000.

Get A Bail Bond With Us

If you are like most people, then you’ll need the help of a bail bond agency to make bail.

Getting a bail bond means you only need to pay a 15% non-refundable premium to the bail bond agency rather than pay the full bail amount by yourself.

So, for example, if your bail amount is $10,000, you’ll need to pay $1,500 to the bail bond company to post bond for you.

While $1,500 is certainly a lot less than $10,000, it’s still a big amount and might be too expensive for you to afford.

Fortunately, we offer highly flexible payment plans designed to fit your budget.

Want to talk to us and learn more about what options we have available? Call us at (702) 333-2663.

We’ve been assisting people with bail bonds for more than 20 years and will be able to answer any questions you have.

Paying Bail Or Depositing Money Into An Inmate’s Account

When adding funds to an inmate’s account at Henderson Detention Center, you have three different options.

One is to visit the center’s Smart Deposit kiosk when the lobby is open. Two is to add funds online at the Henderson Detention Center website. Three is adding funds over the phone by calling the center.

Before calling, be ready to provide your full name, the facility name, the inmate’s identification number, your billing address, and your credit or debit card information.

To make a deposit via the Smart Deposit kiosk, you’ll need to bring a MasterCard or Visa, whether debit or credit card.

Visiting Henderson Detention Center’s Smart Deposit Kiosk

Before visiting the Smart Deposit kiosk, please remember to contact the center at least an hour ahead of time, as the kiosk may not be available.

Generally, the kiosk is available seven days a week, from 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. There is a one hour lunch break daily from 12 pm to 1 pm.

If you’d like to learn more about how to submit funds through the Smart Deposit kiosk, online, or by phone, we encourage you to call the detention center.
